hello internet!
Hello! Look! My new beautiful blog! Created by my most favorite brother, Andrew. This is Lady Blog. And I am Lada Bloga (we’ll see how long that one lasts). This shall be my little corner of the internet where I share things most will probably not be interested in
Above you’ll see old photos of the ladies that made me who I am. I love these photos. The one on the left and the one with the sweet bug-eye sunglasses are photos of my grandma Melba (my mom’s mom). She lived with me and took care of me until she died (when I was 16). I still miss her everyday. The black and white one in the middle and the woman looking into the ocean are of my mom, Sandra. This was taken in Europe when she was around my age. She died a little over two years ago of cancer, and I think of her and miss her everyday. This is us.
These two ladies taught me some things about being a lady. My grandma was who taught me to be crafty and creative. She taught me to cook, to make things, to not be wasteful, how to take care of family, to have strong values, and to be a tightwad (that’s for you dad). My mom had those same things in her, but added career and academics as another focus. She taught me to be independent, to be an academic, to never stop reading and caring about the world, to never give up, and to be super stubborn. Both of these women had the same amazing qualities, but they came out in different ways. Both shaped me to be who I am. And I have strong, broad interests because of that.
I wanted to make this lady blog as my journal to express these things. I have a strong sense of family, I love to make things, I love to read, and I want to make something of myself. You will see all of these things here. I just wanted to provide you a sense of where I came from. Thank you Andrew for providing me this beautiful creative outlet.

Hey Anna,
I think you are an amazing person and I am so proud and fortunate to have such a strong individual in my life. I really look up to for your strength! Thank you so much for making Matt happy and becoming an important piece to our puzzle called family.
