everything’s better with a bacon hug.

Perhaps why my so-called diet isn’t working is because I continue to make things like this:

I may argue there is nothing better than scallops wrapped with a bacon hug.  Yum.

Crafting output has been slowed by production of my dad’s wedding invitations.  I did, however, finish the project and mailed them on Monday!  Yippee!

They left our space looking like this.  Yikes.

Tonight Matt and I will be heading to the Melting Pot for some dessert and then to a movie, courtesy of our friends Josh & Larissa.  It’s been quite a while since we’ve had a date night out on the town.  I don’t actually even remember our last date night.  Anyhoo, what do you think the odds are that I can convince Matt that we should see A Single Man?  Yes please. :)

  1. Andrew says:

Bacon and tom ford? You sure know how to push a guy’s buttons!

  2. One of life’s unanswered questions is why, when Mother Nature makes grease, sugar and salt so appealing yet so bad for us, did She not, through natural selection, eliminate everyone who doesn’t dine exclusively on nuts and twigs.
