hello! my name is anna. i’m from moscow, id, but now live in spokane, wa in a fabulous 1911 bungalow in a hipster ‘transitional’ neighborhood with my husband. my heart really belongs to idaho, but spokane’s okay too. we share our home with our three dogs, nikki (norwegian buhund, “miss nik,” “buhund”), sophie (fawn pug, “sophia bonita,” “soph”), and angus (black pug, “ang,” “agnes”). i love them beyond words, and they make appearances here a lot.
i have undergraduate degrees in psych and spanish, and a master’s degree in health policy & administration. by day i work at a university. by night, i sew, i read, i cook, i love on my husband and our dogs, i listen to npr, and i spend way too much time on the internet reading the blogs of others. this is my little contribution to the blog world, and a way for my family (that lives far away, *sniffle*) to keep up with the goings on of our lives.
